The Process

The first and most important step in having your own Resolution is for both sides to agree to the process.

Conflict and dispute resolution work because everyone shows up in good faith knowing the result will be for your benefit.

Both of you have equal power and voice in the conversation, and as your neutral third party, I am committed to a solution that

satisfies everyone.

Once you both agree, here is the basic outline of how we’ll work together:

Make your payment

Submit your documents.

Come to your Resolution hearing.

Abide by the decision.

If you know you’re willing to go through the process but you’re less sure about the other party, you can register and ask our office to reach out to them and ask if they are willing to come to the table.
